1st Match

Robin Orchison / Saul Saywood

Robin and Saul went into an early lead and never looked like letting up in all honesty. 

With Saul and Robin 3up standing on the 17th Green, Reedie and Coppers were 2 down on the 16th Fairway. Only 1 up on aggregate with a few holes to go.

Saul hit a fantastic shot into (17th) 8th Shore and Robin rolled in the putt for birdie to go back to 4 up. 

With some superb play from both they finally saw the match out 4up.   

2nd Match

Simon Reed / Paul Copley

Total opposite to the first pairing, these boys went 2 down through 2. Reedie unable to find a swing for the first two holes!! Pulled it out of bounds on the 1st hims, then drove it straight into the water on the 2nd. 

This match was a battle, Reedie and Coppers quickly got it back to all square, then before they knew it they were 4 down!

The Eltham Warren pairing were very strong, very steady and didn't make too many mistakes from what i saw when watching this match.

2 Down with 3 to play Coppers and Reedie won two of the last 3 to finish all square to give Princes the victory and secure a place in the next round against Gillingham at home.

Really well played today lads, done the team proud.
